Pat Muller has managed the technology for South Carolina Legal Services (SCLS) since 2004. Pat has an Associate Degree in Computer Programming Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems. Pat has successfully managed 4 previous TIG grants, namely: Statewide Website Renewal grant; SRL automated family court forms; Online Intake and Triage application; and, SharePoint Online Intranet. Pat is also the project manager for SCLS’ Office 365 implementation; she is a member of Microsoft's Feedback Labs panel; a member of the NLADA tech section, the A2J user group, and chairs SCLS’ technology committee.

Under the direction of Ms. Muller, SCLS’ technology infrastructure continues to evolve as an effective and efficient statewide law firm and is the catalyst that enables SCLS to work towards its mission of providing effective and efficient legal representation to low income South Carolinians.
